Odoo Functional

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation and management of Odoo ERP modules tailored to our company’s needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to analyze business processes, configure relevant modules, and ensure seamless ERP operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide training, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Odoo modules in alignment with company requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and implement appropriate ERP solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize modules and resolve any system issues.
- Oversee key modules including HR, Payroll, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting.
- Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to employees.
- Identify system bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to streamline operations.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation to ensure smooth and consistent ERP functionality.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of practical experience working with Odoo functional modules.
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and associated business workflows.

Work Location:
This position requires the candidate to work on-site, facilitating direct collaboration with teams and hands-on system management.
