This role involves leading implementation efforts, managing project delivery, supporting pre-sales activities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Odoo ERP, project management, and client engagement to ensure successful outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation and delivery projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
- Manage and coordinate Odoo consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Analyze client needs and design tailored Odoo solutions that optimize business processes.
- Oversee project planning, monitor timelines, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct pre-sales activities including preparing proposals and delivering client presentations to support business development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Odoo ERP implementation and management.
- Proven expertise in ERP consulting, business analysis, and client handling within Odoo environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing both pre-sales activities and project delivery phases.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address client and project challenges promptly.

Work Location
This position requires on-site presence at the company’s office in Gulberg Green, Islamabad.
