Off-Page SEO Executive

MARCEM Events, based in Karachi, is seeking a dedicated Off-Page SEO Executive to enhance the company’s website authority, improve organic search rankings, and strengthen the backlink profile within the event planning, corporate events, weddings, and catering sectors. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in off-page SEO, focusing on building high-quality backlinks and executing strategic outreach initiatives to support the company’s digital growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective off-page SEO and link-building strategies tailored to the industry.
- Conduct guest posting and blogger outreach campaigns to secure quality backlinks.
- Build relevant editorial, contextual, local, and industry-specific backlinks to boost domain authority.
- Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify link gaps to capitalize on opportunities.
- Research and maintain a database of high-quality backlink prospects.
- Manage outreach efforts including negotiations, follow-ups, and placement confirmations.
- Create and maintain local citations and business listings to improve local SEO presence.
- Identify and leverage digital PR, brand mentions, partnership, and media opportunities.
- Monitor backlink profiles, referring domains, lost links, and competitor backlink activities regularly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date backlink and outreach reports using Google Sheets and SEO tools.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience specifically in off-page SEO.
- Strong expertise in link building, guest posting, outreach, and local SEO tactics.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to critically evaluate website and backlink quality to ensure relevance and authority.
- Excellent English communication skills, particularly in writing outreach emails and content.
- Solid understanding of key SEO metrics including Domain Authority (DA), Domain Rating (DR), organic traffic, anchor text relevance, spam signals, and overall link quality.
- Capability to distinguish genuine link-building opportunities from bulk or spammy backlink practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
