Job Description

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating
  • Correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Outward& Inward E-Mails, Mails & Material Management
  • Take part & manage different meetings and compile meeting report with the coordination of relevant staff
  • Contacts Management
  • Working on Sales Quotations
  • Prepare different reports on Computer and available software
  • Close Coordination with HR & Admin, Business Development & Logistics department.
  • Any other task given by seniors and Management
