Officer – ADC Operations

The role involves managing and overseeing the reconciliation and settlement processes for Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC), including ATM, CDM, and CCDM transactions, within a banking environment. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies such as overages and shortages, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, and handling customer complaints and transaction disputes through multiple platforms. This position requires strict adherence to regulatory compliance and operational guidelines set by major payment networks and the State Bank of Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reconciliation and settlement of ADC, ATM, CDM, and CCDM transactions, ensuring discrepancies are resolved promptly and accurately according to established procedures and timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with branches, member banks, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders on settlement matters, transaction disputes, and reconciliation issues.
- Handle customer complaints and transaction disputes through platforms such as MPG, SDRS, VISA, and MasterCard, conducting thorough investigations to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and operating procedures prescribed by VISA, MasterCard, China UnionPay, PayPak, 1LINK, and the State Bank of Pakistan, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree, from an HEC-recognized institute or university.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in banking operations, particularly in areas related to transaction reconciliation and settlement.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Additional qualifications or certification in Islamic Finance will be considered an advantage.
- Experience working with Islamic Credit Cards, Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC), and/or Debit Card Operations is highly preferred.
