We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in banking operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of relevant experience, particularly in Islamic Credit Cards, Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC), and Debit Card Operations. This role involves managing transaction reconciliation and settlement processes, resolving disputes, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a dynamic financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reconciliation and settlement of ADC, ATM, CDM, and CCDM transactions, ensuring timely resolution of overages, shortages, and discrepancies in line with established procedures and timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with branches, member banks, and other internal and external stakeholders on settlement matters, transaction disputes, and reconciliation-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and transaction disputes through platforms such as MPG, SDRS, VISA, and MasterCard, conducting thorough investigations to ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with rules, regulations, and operating procedures set forth by VISA, MasterCard, China UnionPay, PayPak, 1LINK, and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree, from an HEC-recognized institute or university.
- At least four years of relevant banking experience, ideally with exposure to Islamic Credit Cards, Alternate Delivery Channels, and Debit Card Operations.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
