OFFICER E-COMMERCE

An established FMCG company based in Karachi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer E-Commerce to join their team on a contractual basis. The role focuses on managing and coordinating various e-commerce operations to support the company’s online business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online sales channels, monitoring orders, managing product listings, and addressing customer queries to ensure smooth daily e-commerce activities. This position requires working on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary within the range of Rs50,000 to Rs80,000. The contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all e-commerce operations effectively.
- Oversee online sales channels and marketplaces to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain and update product listings to reflect current inventory and promotions.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Support the growth of the online business through daily operational activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Studies (BBS), or an MBA.
- Male candidates preferred for this role.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or related fields within the FMCG sector is advantageous.
