The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Officer for its HR Investigations team at the OG-III/OG-II level. This role focuses on conducting thorough and impartial investigations related to human resources matters within the bank. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining a fair and transparent work environment. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed investigations into HR-related complaints, including but not limited to misconduct, harassment, and policy violations.
- Collect, analyze, and document evidence while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the investigative process.
- Interview employees, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather comprehensive information.
- Prepare clear and concise investigation reports with findings and recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure investigations comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions based on investigation outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations and ensure data security.
- Support the development and enhancement of investigation procedures and guidelines.
- Provide training and awareness sessions on investigation protocols and ethical workplace behavior as needed.

Required Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting HR investigations or a similar role within a corporate or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and internal compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
