We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team and support various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing attendance and payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The HR Coordinator will also assist with onboarding new employees, respond to employee inquiries, and support HR audits and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring information is accurate and confidential.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Monitor attendance and leave records, managing time-off requests and processes efficiently.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance data, deductions, and necessary adjustments.
- Ensure personnel files are current and compliant with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with statutory compliance requirements such as Provident Fund (P.F) and Social Security (SESSI), and support HR audits.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the onboarding and induction processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.
- Manage employee exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews to gather feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and the code of conduct across all departments and functions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in HR administration or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and managing employee data with confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance related to HR functions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to generate and interpret HR reports effectively.
- Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with statutory bodies such as Provident Fund and Social Security institutions.
- Experience conducting exit interviews and managing employee lifecycle processes.
