The Quality Officer plays a vital role in supporting quality improvement and risk mitigation efforts within the organization. Working closely with the team, this position involves monitoring quality management programs, analyzing relevant data and indicators, and identifying opportunities to enhance patient safety and overall service quality. The officer is also responsible for recommending system improvements that foster continuous quality advancement across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Patient Safety Walk Rounds in both clinical and non-clinical departments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on clinical practices, operational processes, incident reports, and environmental factors from a patient safety perspective.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Patient Feedback and Complaint Management System across all organizational campuses.
- Plan and conduct patient satisfaction surveys, analyze the results, and present comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations to support service enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly Quality Management reports for assigned facilities, including compliance monitoring and performance analysis.
- Coordinate and participate in internal quality audits, ensuring timely follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Facilitate awareness sessions and training programs focused on quality improvement methodologies, accreditation standards, patient safety, and other related initiatives.
- Maintain quality databases, monitor key quality indicators, and support ongoing performance improvement projects.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should preferably hold an MBBS, BDS, BS Nursing (BSN), or a related degree. A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Patient Safety, Healthcare Quality, or Hospital Accreditation is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Familiarity with quality improvement tools, patient safety standards, and healthcare accreditation requirements is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also expected.
