Officer New Product Development

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer – New Product Development to join our team. In this role, you will support the entire lifecycle of new product initiatives, from development and evaluation to launch. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of projects, contributing to the growth and innovation of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and introduction of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify potential new product opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate product development processes.
- Prepare detailed product specifications, costing analyses, and development reports to support decision-making.
- Participate in product sampling, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Monitor product development timelines and maintain proactive follow-up to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to new product development activities.
- Support continuous improvement efforts for existing products and contribute ideas for new product concepts.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Nutra (Nutrition-related field).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in New Product Development, Product Management, Procurement, or a related area.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights effectively.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong follow-up skills to ensure project progress.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work from the company’s office location.
