Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of software development, testing, and deployment for incoming UK client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Assist in scoping and estimation by evaluating project briefs, reviewing technical requirements, and providing accurate effort estimates, architectural recommendations, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, security best practices, comprehensive documentation, and thorough quality assurance testing before client delivery.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with the UK team, providing daily technical updates and sprint progress reports during overlapping GMT/UK working hours.

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as an established software agency or a dedicated senior engineering team with a portfolio of successfully delivered web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
- Expertise in a versatile tech stack including modern full-stack web and mobile technologies such as Node.js, React, Python, Flutter, React Native, Laravel, .NET, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a designated Lead Developer or Project Manager able to manage technical scope, milestone planning, and delivery coordination.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively handle technical documentation and project briefings.
- Demonstrated reliability and scalability with the ability to adjust team size and resources according to project demands and pipeline volume.

Engagement Model
- Location: Remote or agency-based teams located in Pakistan.
- Contract Type: Long-term strategic partnership or B2B subcontracting, with options for project-based or monthly retainer agreements.
- Time Zone Alignment: Flexible working hours with a required daily overlap during UK business hours (GMT) to facilitate smooth collaboration.
