Offshore Technical Delivery Partner (Software House / Agency)

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Execution & Delivery: Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment, for UK client projects from start to finish.
- Scoping & Estimation: Review incoming project briefs, analyze technical requirements, and provide accurate effort estimations, architectural guidance, and realistic delivery timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of clean code, implement security best practices, produce comprehensive documentation, and conduct thorough quality assurance testing before delivering to clients.
- Communication & Alignment: Ensure consistent and clear communication with the UK team, providing daily technical updates and sprint progress reports during overlapping GMT/UK working hours.

Required Qualifications

- Proven Track Record: An established software agency or senior engineering team with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
- Versatile Tech Stack Capabilities: Expertise in modern full-stack web and mobile technologies such as Node.js, React, Python, Flutter, React Native, Laravel, .NET, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong Leadership: A designated Lead Developer or Project Manager who can directly manage technical scope, milestone planning, and project delivery.
- English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of producing clear technical documentation and conducting brief reviews.
- Reliability & Scalability: Ability to scale resources flexibly based on project size and workload demands.

Engagement Model

The partnership will be remote or agency-based, with the team located in Pakistan. We offer a long-term strategic partnership under a B2B subcontracting model, with options for project-based contracts or monthly retainers. Flexibility in working hours is required to ensure daily overlap with UK business hours (GMT).
