The Candidate will be responsible for managing all the production process and the production team, by ensuring the quality standards. The Candidate must have experience in the production process of textile Managing, Planning & controlling the production process in collaboration with the team from Raw Materials/samples to finished products. We are SME so the environment is relaxing. No much load of production. Preference will be given to Knitted/woven experienced professionals.
- Supervision of the production team to manage and execute tasks.
- Assign daily workload to team members.
- Investigate production issues and manage the solutions.
- Monitor production activities to make sure the product delivery is within the stipulated time frame.
- Meeting with the Quality Control Team to ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Reporting to GM & CEO for daily plans and implementations.
- Overseeing the production process
- Ensuring production is cost-effective
- Drawing up a production schedule
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
- Working out the human and material resources needed
- Drafting a timescale for the job
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control.
- Communicate with different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
- Prepare production reports.
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers
- Reviewing the performance of the team.
