Online Teacher Coordinator

Olevels Virtual School seeks a responsible and organized Online Teacher Coordinator to oversee the daily functioning of our online classes. The ideal candidate acts as a central liaison between teachers, students, and management, ensuring that every class starts and ends on time, schedules are maintained, and any arising issues are promptly addressed. This role demands strong communication and coordination skills to guarantee smooth class operations and support a productive virtual learning environment. This position requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including monitoring teacher attendance, coordinating schedules, resolving technical or operational issues, and maintaining accurate records. The Online Teacher Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting management by maintaining high-quality online teaching standards and ensuring smooth communication flows within the school community. Although this role does not include managing a team, the coordinator must exhibit a professional, confident, and team-focused attitude to foster collaboration among all participants.
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of online classes to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure all online classes start and finish on schedule according to the official timetable.
Coordinate daily class schedules and availability with teachers to optimize class coverage.
Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, and active participation during classes.
Ensure teachers are properly prepared before their scheduled online lessons.
Communicate with students and parents when necessary to update class schedules or address concerns.
Monitor virtual classrooms and assist in resolving minor technical, scheduling, or communication issues.
Follow up promptly on missed, delayed, or rescheduled classes to maintain continuity.
Maintain thorough daily records of teacher and student attendance as well as class sessions.
Coordinate make-up classes and adjust schedules to accommodate changes or absences.
Ensure adherence to defined online teaching procedures, policies, and guidelines by all teachers.
Provide daily operational updates and reports to management to support strategic decisions.
Assist management in sustaining the efficiency and quality of online teaching operations.
Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and work under pressure to resolve daily operational challenges.
