Check customer's identity/worthiness through CNIC, Credit Reports as per CUWS/ PPG.
DBR Calculation
Perform the standard processing as per the local credit policy/ PPG
Obtain e-CIB from and Data Check Reports
Coordination with client and providing information related to MV Ijarah, MVDM & HFDM facility and coordination with
External agencies/ vendors like valuators, lawyers and vehicle dealerships
Identify and highlight loopholes and disconnects in existing process and to ensure that risk controls are in place.
TAT adherence as per the laid guidelines
Archival of rejected applications. Termination/early-termination and BTF cases.
Monthly CST, CDD, renewals, asset inspection and deferral record management
Post transaction documentation i.e. scanning, Takaful, tracker installation, delivery order, Authority to drive letter
Issuance and insurance claim.
Issuance of letter and form for registration and making sure original file is received with OLP Modaraba.
Complete mortgage execution and Lien marking WRT HFDM cases all across Pakistan
To follow up Overdue Installments.
Responsible for Mortgage and redemption of property execution at register office
Coordinating with external Legal counsel for defaulters
Extracting monthly reports from System, update CNIC expiry record. Sending Monthly rentals invoices to Assurance and
Non-Assurance clients.
Coordinating with Banks for BTF cases
To Close monthly mssaspro alerts generated against PEP & sanction list.
Follow up with client for Mortgage creation and end to end construction activity.
