We are seeking a skilled System Security & Network Engineer to join our organization. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain secure network and system infrastructures that support our organization’s mission-critical operations. You’ll play a key role in safeguarding our environment from security threats while ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability of our systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities
System Security
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
Deploy, configure, and manage security solutions (firewalls, IPS/IDS, endpoint security etc.)
Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and compliance checks
Monitor and respond to security incidents, alerts, and anomalies
Manage user access controls and identity management systems
Network Engineering
Design, configure, and support secure LAN/WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks
Optimize network performance and troubleshoot issues across multi-site environments
Maintain network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers
Implement network segmentation and secure connectivity solutions
Monitor network availability, capacity, and performance
Systems & Infrastructure
Administer Windows servers, virtualization (VMware), and storage systems
Manage patching, updates, and hardening for servers and network devices
Support cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with secure architectures
Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in system security and network engineering
Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security architectures
Hands-on experience with firewalls , SIEM tools, IDS/IPS
Proficiency in Windows Server environments.
Experience with cloud security best practices.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Security+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell)
Familiarity with zero-trust architectures
