· Understanding organizational business requirements and translate it into functional and technical Zoho requirements.
· Implement high quality configurations at its best within the Zoho’s inbuilt features that suits the requirements of organization.
· Work on Zoho CRM to integrate it with Other Zoho apps using native or custom integration features to make the complete sales process smoother.
· Work on Zoho People to streamline HR process as per the requirements and suggest the best methodologies to run processes in Zoho People.
· Work on Zoho Creator to support the team with HTML page, widgets, form building and Deluge logics.
· Work on Zoho Desk to integrate it with Chat, Custom Customer Portal, Website, Knowledge Base, etc.
· Build interactive reports from the existing tables or create query tables if required on Zoho Analytics with creative representation as per the requirement.
· Work with Zoho Recruit in Defining the process, designing the templates, integrating with Zoho people and other Job boards.
Support users with day-to-day issues and train them to follow the best practices.
