Figout Agency, based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, is looking for a skilled CMS Developer to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves converting complex, high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and animated websites across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with the design team in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining design accuracy. This position offers a competitive monthly salary between Rs 60,000 and Rs 90,000. Please note that remote or hybrid work options are not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy websites using WordPress, Webflow, and Framer in line with client specifications.
- Translate detailed Figma UI/UX designs into fully functional, visually accurate websites.
- Collaborate daily with the in-house design team to support rapid 48-hour iteration cycles and promptly address technical issues.
- Optimize websites for performance, ensuring fast load times and compatibility across multiple devices and browsers.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable expertise in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer development, supported by a portfolio of live websites on all three platforms. Applications without this portfolio will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
- Proficiency in interpreting and working with Figma design files.
- Reliable daily commute to the Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
- Commitment to working exclusively on-site, as remote or hybrid arrangements are not offered.
