On-Site Content Creator (Fresh Graduates & Interns)

Swole Spartan, a rapidly growing supplement and fitness brand in Pakistan, is expanding its creative team and inviting fresh graduates, final-year students, and aspiring content creators to join as full-time Content Creators. This role is ideal for individuals who are creative, curious, and driven, with a passion for social media and content that resonates with audiences. Experience is not a barrier; instead, the focus is on creativity, potential, and work samples. This is an onsite position based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, requiring full-time attendance from Monday to Saturday. Remote or hybrid work options are not available.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form content tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Research current trends, memes, hooks, and content formats relevant to fitness and lifestyle audiences.
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions, and video concepts that capture attention.
- Participate actively in filming and confidently appear on camera when needed.
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or other appropriate editing software.
- Experiment with various content styles and analyze performance data to improve results.
- Contribute to building an engaged community around the Swole Spartan brand.
- Utilize modern creative tools, including AI, to enhance workflow and content quality.

Required Qualifications

- Fresh graduate, final-year student, or an individual seeking a full-time internship in content creation.
- Basic hands-on experience with content creation and video editing.
- Genuine interest in Instagram, TikTok, fitness, memes, and internet culture.
- Strong creativity, storytelling instincts, and an understanding of what captures audience attention.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Confidence in communicating ideas and participating in video shoots.
- Ability and commitment to work full-time onsite at the Rawalpindi/Islamabad office.
