Great operations are at the heart of LUNCH: ON and the driving force behind our simplicity. To achieve success, we need to bring together our customers, our restaurants, and an incredible catering experience perfectly every single time. On a daily basis, we have to manage the logistics of thousands of moving parts and therefore standardization and automation of our operations are key.LUNCH: ON is looking for a detail-oriented Catering Operations Assistant to support the team in managing the daily operations for both caterers and clients and helping continuously ensure seamless user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Assist the Operations team in coordinating corporate events of all sorts (team meetings, conferences, etc).
•Work with our restaurants and caterers to create LUNCH: ON-specific meals and events for our clients.
•Assist our account and project manager for all catering-related clients and events.
•Help build our restaurant and catering databases to best serve the needs of the companies we serve
•Ensure restaurant information in our databases is correct.
•Manage all logistics, proposals and invoicing related to catering &events.
•Work closely with our Operations team to solve any problems that come up during the meal.
•Provide feedback to vendors about daily meals and logistics.
•Strategize and implement solutions to delivery problems to minimize operations errors.
•Answer questions about food ingredients and allergens.
REQUIREMENTS
•Food lover is a must!
•Passion for startups and the food industry
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
•Hard-working, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills
•Organized with superhuman attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English).
•The quick and confident decision maker

•Must speak Urdu.
•Previous experience in operations or logistics is a PLUS
•Previous experience with catering and events is a PLUS
