RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist the team in daily operations and customer support.
- Communicate with our restaurants and delivery drivers to ensure seamless and on-time delivery.
- Handle incoming correspondences and help resolve daily operational issues.
- Proactively problem solve technical and logistical issues faced by our partner restaurants. Provide feedback to vendors about daily meals and logistics.
- Manage customer service issues during daily operations, resolving issues swiftly with both users and restaurants.
- Ensure restaurant information in our databases is correct.
- Gather and analyze data directly related to the health of our operations and provide recommendations for ways to improve operational efficiency.
- Understand the internal system for scheduling and dispatching for our partner restaurants.
- Assist the Operations team in coordinating corporate events of all sorts (team meetings, conferences, etc).
REQUIREMENTS
- Food lover is a must!
- Passion for startups and the food industry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Hard-working, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills
- Organized with superhuman attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English).
- Quick and confident decision maker.
- Calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented
- Logistical mastermind
- Must speak Urdu.
- Previous experience in operations or logistics is a PLUS
- Previous experience with customer support is a PLUS
