Onboarding Specialist (Internal Candidates)

WellnessLiving is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a night shift, on-site in Islamabad. This role involves managing client onboarding processes for businesses transitioning to our platform or starting fresh with our software. You will deliver personalized product training tailored to each client’s needs, maintain clear communication throughout the onboarding journey, and collaborate with various departments to resolve any issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and project timelines for clients converting from other software or new businesses.
- Facilitate personalized online product training aligned with client-specific business requirements.
- Keep clients informed on their transition progress through email, phone, or web conferencing.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to address onboarding-related challenges and activities.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and represent WellnessLiving’s values throughout the onboarding process.

Required Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience supporting customer implementation or onboarding projects, preferably within a SaaS enterprise environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Creative problem solver and multitasker who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings with a technical curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active and empathetic listening abilities.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and accountable, taking ownership to deliver quality, customer-centric onboarding experiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, intermediate Excel skills, CRM platforms such as Zoho, and ticket/incident management tools like Jira.
