Oncology Denial Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Oncology Denial Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology medical billing and denial management, with a thorough understanding of insurance denials, appeals, and claim follow-ups. This role requires familiarity with the US healthcare billing processes and the ability to manage complex denial cases efficiently. The position offers a hybrid work model, primarily remote with mandatory office attendance once a week, and operates during night shifts aligned with US hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage oncology-related medical billing denials and coordinate timely resolution.
- Handle insurance denials, prepare appeals, and conduct thorough claim follow-ups.
- Collaborate with insurance providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant billing processes.
- Maintain detailed records of denial cases and track progress to improve denial management strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in US healthcare billing regulations and insurance policies relevant to oncology services.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in oncology medical billing and denial management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance denials, appeals processes, and claim follow-up procedures.
- Understanding of US healthcare billing systems and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
