One Door Technologies is seeking result-oriented candidates for USA (Night) based campaign, who can work under pressure independently and within a team, for the positions of Call Center Representative. Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills. Individuals must be fluent in English speaking with a neutral or British accent.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Making outbound calls to international customers.
· Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
· Fulfilling daily targets given by the company.
· Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
· Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
· Meets commitments to customers
· Other duties as assigned.
· Shift Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
