One Facility Management (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and has a minimum of seven years of experience in managing construction activities. This role requires registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as a preferred qualification. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising a team of six professionals, ensuring that projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards within the designated timelines and budget. The Construction Manager drives the execution of construction schedules, actively manages contracts, mitigates risks, and maintains rigorous quality control. Maintaining safety compliance across all construction sites is a critical aspect of this role. The candidate leads efforts in contract lifecycle management, employing CLM software to streamline processes. This position demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to solve complex problems to deliver successful project outcomes that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Lead & manage execution of infrastructure work from mobilization through completion & handover
Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements & project requirements
Translate approved project plans into practical construction execution program
Develop detailed construction schedules, look-ahead plans & work plans
Manage & coordinate infrastructure contractors, subcontractors & site teams
Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations. program quality & productivity requirements
Review drawings, specifications & construction details for constructability & execution requirements
Monitor construction activities against approved budgets & BOQs
