Job Description

We are seeking an organized, efficient, and proactive ‘Assistant Manager (AM) for our M-Tag Fleet Operations. The Assistant Manager would be expected to coordinate with Corporate Clients such as Transport Companies, Trade & Logistics. Companies, Travel & Tour Companies, and other companies owning Vehicle Fleets.

The Assistant Manager M-Tag Fleet Operations is expected to liaison and correspond with Corporate Clients for M-Tag Operations, resolve issues, if any, improve communications, and generally ensure customer relationship to its best. The AM M-Tag Fleet Operations must design and implement the strategic plan that expands the M-Tag Corporate customer base and ensures its strong brand image. They should achieve clientele growth and targets by successfully incorporating new corporate accounts. Leadership, management, communication, and customer relationship-building skills are key requirements of this position. The candidates must proficiently be able to communicate in both Urdu and English and must grab maximum corporate clients for them to open their fleet accounts. This position is directly reporting to Deputy Manager M-Tag Operations.


The Candidate should be able to:

  • Act as a positive representation of the business to the community
  •  Develop close liaison & confidence building with corporate clients (fleet Companies).
  •  Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships understanding their needs, addressing their pending issues, and by partnering with them to make M-Tag services more promising
  •  Present daily, weekly and monthly reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the clients and potential clients
  •  Achieve growth and targets by successfully incorporating new corporate customers.
  •  Identify emerging markets and potential market shifts while being fully aware of new strategies and competition status.


An Ideal Candidate shall have:

  • Must have analytical, presentation, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business sense with proven ability to acquire clientele & maintain professional customer relationships
  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
