- Recording daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
- Liaison with ground to ensure proper record keeping and allotment of stock in software
- Devising ways to control and optimize inventory control procedures
- Reconciliation of stock and Deployed (Quarterly) Stock Taking Monthly)
- Monitoring and Record Keeping of Scrap / obsolete items to main scrap store.
- Coordination with store I/C regarding timely management of inventory software
- Implementation of ERP
- Ensuring spare stock level is adequate for all distribution at roads.
- Devising policies for controlling inventory.
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
- Held and stock taking
Requirements:
- Working experience of 2-3 years in the inventory department or a similar position
- Bachelor's or Masters's degree in Supply Chain
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
- Must have hands-on experience in dealing with an inventory of IT Equipment
- Hands-on experience with the management of Inventory Software (Preferably ERP)
- Ability to adapt to a new environment
- Ability to monitor daily operations related to inventory across roads
- Excellent organizational, planning and management skills
- Prior knowledge related to the management of stores
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
