We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our One Network Pvt Ltd team as a "Assistant Manager IT Operations". To oversee all matters of Zone/Road Related to Power & IT for effective IT operations on road.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure the systems, services and infrastructure work reliably and securely.
- Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, power and network equipment.
- To oversee and direct the daily activities of the organization's information technology (IT) infrastructure.
- Ensuring the deployment and operations of all IT and Power.
- Monitoring, Upgradation, Maintenance, and Support of all IT and Power assets.
- Manging deployment and Op activities
- Staff development(training, discipline, evaluation)
- IT Ops reporting to concerned management
- Managing eqpt stores
- Ensuring max uptime of IT services and minimizing issues for smooth Ops
- Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems.
Bonus Points if you have:
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Certification in CCNA/ CCNP, JNICP/ HCIP/ ITIL and from accredited intuition preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department.
