We at One Network Private Limited are seeking Assistant Manager Power (O&M) for our Zone team. The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the work of a group. One Network Private Limited has five Zones, each zone has motorway projects. Assistant Manager is expected to manage the execution of all
the Power Projects along with O&M of Power for the dedicated Zone.
Expectations:
The candidate should be able to:
- Understand the Functionality & usage of Power infra for LV Systems.
- Conceptual Knowledge and Hands-on Experience in the stabilization of Main Power incl Transformers via LV/ LT Panels.
- Awareness of Power Backup systems incl Diesel Generators, Solar Power Systems, UPS & Rectifiers.
- Knowledge about Power Protection systems for critical load and hands-on experience with Power Protection Eqpt incl AVRs, SPDs, Relays and CBs, etc.
- Ensure all Power Equipment and System remains operational at the dedicated motorway.
- To supervise field staff, must have good hands-on power equipment installation and maintenance.
- Quick in response.
- Must be aware of SOPs for O&M.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power.
- 5 + years experience in relevant fields.
- Hands-on Working Experience in Power system Installation with O&M.
- Ability to Lead, Manage and Train Power Technicians for Power Projects Execution and O&M.
Technical Competencies:
- Hands-on work experience with Solar Systems, LV Panels, Diesel Generators, UPS, Batteries, and Power Protection Systems.
- Understanding of FAULTS in Power systems and their rectification (incl T/F, Generators, Cabling, Solar & UPS)
- Understanding of the criticality of Power for IT Systems
Plus, Points:
- Diploma + Engineering
- MS (Power) would be preferred
