Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot IT, Power and hardware-related issues across the site.
- Perform regular cleaning and preventive maintenance of all IT and Power equipment.
- Communicate with the NOC (Network Operations Center) to report and resolve technical issues at the plaza.
- Coordinate with the MRT for support on major issues requiring remote or on-site intervention.
- Conduct cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of M-Tag and WIM systems.
- Ensure timely activation and deactivation of VMS gantries.
- Install and replace faulty or non-operational IT & Power equipment as required.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve power-related issues.
- Perform basic maintenance and start-up operations of Gensets (Generators).
- Maintain accurate fuel consumption and refill records.
- Clean and maintain power infrastructure, including solar power systems.
- Install or replace faulty/non-functional power equipment in coordination with relevant teams.
- Create and close operational shifts at the beginning and end of each 12-hour shift.
