Position Description (Duties)
- Desktop-PC, Laptop, Printer, Scanner installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance along with OS deployment and troubleshooting.
- Local LAN deployment and troubleshooting for organization, un-managed switches configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Access control, Biometric devices, and Videowall installation, setting, troubleshooting, and maintenance at conference rooms.
- Desktop, Laptop parts replacement, routine system checks, UPS installations, and various required software installations.
Skills and Technical Competency
- Technical knowledge of IT support and related skills set.
- Access control and related skill set.
- Hardware handling and hands-on experience.
- Technical knowledge of video surveillance systems and related skillsets.
- Technical Knowledge or LAN deployment.
- Must have customer/client handling skills.
- 24 Hrs. availability for VIP’s IT support and critical activities.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Data Center operations-related knowledge will be a plus point.
- Must have a Bachelor of engineering in computer science or equivalent with a minimum of 2-3 years of IT support experience.
