Job Description

One-Stop Solutions urgently looking for candidates interested in a career in Technical Support Engineer. 


• Answer inbound calls from Customers.

• Remotely troubleshoot issues on problem calls from customers

• Communicate troubles to other departments by opening tickets in the database

• Networking Certifications a plus (CCNA, CompTIA, CNE)

• English needs to be perfect

Basic salary : 45k -55k


• Monday-Saturday 

• Timings: 8:00pm to 5:00am (night shift)
