As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at One Swipe, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by generating warm leads through strategic cold calling. This position is designed for resilient, persuasive communicators who are ready to step into a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact. The ideal candidate will not only have a proven track record in generating and qualifying leads but also possess a strong command of the English language with a Western (American/European) accent. This is essential for effective communication with our primarily Western customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume, targeted cold calling and email campaigns to introduce One Swipe's invoicing solutions to businesses, generating interest and leads.
  • Perform initial research on potential leads to tailor outreach strategies, ensuring messages are relevant and personalized to each prospect’s business needs and challenges.
  • Engage in lead nurturing activities, maintaining contact with potential clients through various stages of their decision-making process, providing them with additional information, and answering queries to keep them engaged. -
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline, aligning BDR activities with broader sales objectives.
  • Relay valuable market feedback to the marketing and product development teams to inform adjustments in strategies, product improvements, or new opportunities. -
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call quotas, lead conversion rates, and appointment-setting goals, to drive business development efforts. -
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and career progression within the company.
  • Utilize various sales and communication tools effectively, including CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms to optimize outreach and engagement efforts.


  • 2+ years of proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar sales role, with a preference for backgrounds in technology, payments, invoicing, Quickbooks, accounts receivables software, or merchant processing sectors.
  • Language and Accent: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a Western (American/European) accent, ensuring effective and relatable interactions with our target customer base.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and persuading prospects.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude towards rejection and challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Independent worker with a team player attitude, thriving in both autonomous and collaborative settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
