Responsibilities include:
- Should be able to understand the basic US healthcare medical terms.
- Good Interpersonal Skills to work as a team member and Independently.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, IPAs & Medicare advantage plans.
- Meet timely deliverables as per Industry Standards Quality and Quantity.

Desired candidate profile:

- Should have very good communication skills in English
