  • We ideally require UK return candidates who understand London and its geography.
  • However, all applicants must be based in Lahore.

Main Duties:

  • Handling inbound calls and processing customer bookings, reservations and inquiries
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers and corporate clients
  • Managing travel and journey issues on behalf of our customers via Real time in-house tracking systems and applications
  • Case creation for customer complaints
  • Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity and quality targets set

Essential Requirements:

  • Good command of the English language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills
  • Call centre and/or customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills in the English Language is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Candidates having working knowledge and understanding of Ghost, Icabbi and Cordic will be preferred.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Preference will be given to candidates having:

  • Taxi or similar travel booking experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of any cab dispatch system
  • Lived in London for 2-3 years

Note: 

If you have been a cab controller in London – You are almost guaranteed a Job in Lahore.
