One-way Marketing is a real estate firm looking for enthusiastic, goal oriented Female Telesales Officer for Fresh Sales Department.
Experience: Real Estate/Call center (1 year plus) Salary:
Market based (depends on profile) plus commission
Office Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- The responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information and feedback.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills as well as sales ability.
- You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
The ideal candidates must possess:
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Exceptional Negotiation skill & Convincing Power -Background in Real estate industry or call center
- Sales driven aptitude and excellent work ethic.
- Proficient in all Microsoft programs particularly Excel andWord
- Proactive Attitude time management
Job Duties include
- Initiate Cold calls to arrange prospect for the business.
- Initiate calls to the potential customers and maintain follow up on daily basis.
- Introduce Projects to potential prospects over the calls
- Build a relationship by responding to client’s technical queries
- Work as a team to achieve sales performance targets.
- Maintain database of generated leads and sales pipeline
