We have the privilege of working with prestigious clients in UK Europe and Australia as well as in Pakistan like Coca-Cola, Tang Pakistan, Zaitoon Group, Hush Puppies, Stylo etc.
We are looking for a Lead Graphics Designer, with an eye for design and a background in digital marketing or design agency. The position requires a blend of creative and technical disciplines. The candidate will be responsible for defining styles, layout, graphics, coding standards etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute design consistency through the creation and maintenance of style guides to support established standards and best practices across all digital mediums for user interface. This includes; site organization, page layout, navigation, style sheets, graphical elements, fonts, and color palette
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Design website layouts with industry standard programs, e.g. Photoshop and Illustrator
- Develop website layouts into static or CMS driven websites, with platforms such as WordPress and Magento
- Collaborate with creative team, internal account teams and clients to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels
- Working with the project manager, responsible for creating accurate costing and delivering programs within budgets
- Stay current on industry trends. Mentor other designers (staff, freelance, interns, etc.)
- Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals
