Online Account Manager - HR Technology

This full-time remote Account Manager position is based in Lahore and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading HR technology company. The role focuses on managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, driving product adoption, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining high client retention rates. The Account Manager will also be responsible for generating reports and collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position operates on a morning shift schedule and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, guiding new customers through setup and initial use of the product.
- Drive product adoption by educating clients on features and benefits, ensuring they maximize the value of the technology.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting relevant functionalities.
- Monitor client health and usage data, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to prevent churn.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to align client needs with company offerings and resolve any challenges.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on client status, product usage, and feedback to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, customer success, SaaS, or HR technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in managing client onboarding, product demonstrations, and retention strategies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
