This is a full-time remote position based in Karachi for an Alumni Coordinator working morning shifts. The role involves managing communications with alumni, maintaining and updating the alumni database, coordinating events, conducting outreach activities, supporting mentoring programs, preparing reports, and fostering community engagement. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 40,000 to 55,000. It requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills who can effectively connect with alumni and contribute to building a vibrant alumni network.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate alumni records and databases to ensure up-to-date information.
- Coordinate and support alumni events, including planning, logistics, and follow-up activities.
- Facilitate communication between the organization and its alumni through various channels.
- Conduct outreach initiatives to engage alumni and encourage their participation in programs.
- Support mentoring programs by connecting alumni with current students or other community members.
- Prepare regular reports on alumni engagement, event outcomes, and outreach effectiveness.
- Foster a sense of community among alumni through targeted engagement strategies and activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in alumni relations, community coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Urdu.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining consistent productivity.
