Online AUTOCAD DRAFTER & DESIGNER

We are seeking a full-time remote AutoCAD Drafter & Designer based in Pakistan to prepare architectural and construction drawings specifically for Ontario building permit projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience, strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, and a solid understanding of architectural drafting and residential construction. This role requires the ability to work independently while maintaining regular overlap with Canadian Eastern Time hours. The position offers a monthly salary range of PKR 30,000 to 35,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD 2D for residential projects aligned with Ontario building permit requirements.
- Collaborate remotely with project managers and architects to ensure drawings meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication during Canadian Eastern Time business hours to facilitate project coordination.
- Ensure all drawings are organized, properly documented, and stored according to company protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an AutoCAD Drafter or Designer, preferably in architectural or residential construction projects.
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD 2D drafting tools and techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of architectural drafting standards and residential construction processes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong time management skills.
- Availability to work remotely with regular overlap during Canadian Eastern Time business hours to support effective communication and collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality drawings.
