Online Bidder Specialist (Evening Shift)

Digital Auxilius Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Bidding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on securing projects related to branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and other creative services through platforms like Upwork and similar online portals. This role requires strategic bidding, customizing proposals to meet client requirements, and working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects in branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and related fields across Upwork and other online platforms.
- Leverage expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and website design to craft compelling bids that highlight the company’s strengths.
- Customize proposals to address specific client needs, emphasizing unique services and industry-leading strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure bids align with overall business objectives and support positive client engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to continuously improve bidding strategies.
- Develop persuasive bids aimed at maximizing win rates and project success.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, negotiations, and bid performance to inform future strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar online bidding role, preferably within digital marketing or creative agencies.
- Proven proficiency with online bidding platforms, especially Upwork, with a successful track record in acquiring projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of clearly articulating company services and value propositions.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability in sales and business development.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Karachi, with working hours scheduled for the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
