AgileTech Studio, a progressive IT and business solutions company based in Lahore, is looking to hire an experienced Online Bidder for a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience working on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces. This role involves managing the entire bidding process, including proposal creation, bid submissions, lead generation, and client communication, with the goal of securing projects that contribute to the company’s growth. The position is based at the company’s office in Nespak Society, near Wapda Town, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential freelancing projects across various online platforms.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to develop effective bidding strategies.
- Prepare and submit persuasive proposals and bids designed to maximize project acquisition.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients to ensure excellent service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support successful project delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in freelance bidding or business development on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify opportunities and evaluate competition effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of consistently meeting deadlines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs120,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
- This is an on-site role requiring presence at the Lahore office located in Nespak Society, near Wapda Town.
