We are seeking a full-time, fully remote Customer Onboarding and Software Training Specialist to join a Canadian healthcare software company. This role involves leading live software onboarding sessions and training for physicians, therapists, and their teams. The specialist will also be responsible for creating various support materials such as help guides, walkthroughs, training videos, and marketing or social media content. Candidates based in Karachi are welcome to apply, as the position operates on Vancouver time from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., which corresponds to late evening and early morning hours in Pakistan due to daylight saving adjustments. The monthly salary ranges from CAD $800 to $1,050.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live onboarding and training sessions for healthcare professionals and their teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Develop comprehensive help guides, walkthrough documents, and training videos to support users in navigating the software.
- Create engaging marketing and social media content related to software features and updates.
- Provide patient-centered teaching with clarity and empathy, adapting communication to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and continuously improve training materials and onboarding processes.
- Maintain a reliable and quiet workspace with stable internet connectivity to ensure smooth virtual sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot user issues and tailor training approaches.
- Experience in patient teaching or working with healthcare professionals is highly valued.

- Prior relevant work samples demonstrating experience in software training, onboarding, or related fields.
