Online Customer Success Specialist

This is a full-time remote Customer Success Specialist position based in Lahore, Pakistan, supporting an AI-powered HR technology and recruitment platform. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth onboarding process, providing training, driving product adoption, and maintaining strong customer engagement. The specialist will manage customer relationships, resolve issues promptly, collect valuable feedback, track interactions through CRM systems, and contribute to renewal efforts. The position operates on a morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 95,000 to 190,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are well-acquainted with the platform’s features and capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions to help customers understand and effectively use the product.
- Promote product adoption by engaging customers regularly and addressing their needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication to build and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing timely solutions and support.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
- Accurately track all customer interactions and activities within the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Support renewal initiatives by identifying opportunities and collaborating with relevant teams to retain customers.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or related role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
