Online Digital Product & Growth Coordinator / Business Analyst

This is a full-time remote opportunity based in Karachi, Pakistan, for a Digital Product & Growth Coordinator / Business Analyst. The role centers on analyzing business processes and customer journeys to enhance digital platforms, including websites and portals. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, planning minimum viable products (MVPs), coordinating with stakeholders, and managing digital integrations to support growth initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with at least three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree. The working hours follow a morning shift schedule, and the salary range is PKR 150,000 to 175,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough business and process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Map and optimize customer journeys to enhance user experience across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve websites and portals.
- Document detailed requirements and specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Plan and prioritize MVPs to align with business goals and market needs.
- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage digital integrations with third-party systems and internal tools to streamline operations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, product coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycle and growth strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements and working with technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
