We are looking for dedicated female English tutors to join our remote teaching team on a part-time basis. This role involves delivering engaging and interactive online lessons to students with varying levels of English proficiency. Tutors will be required to work during late evening hours Pakistan time, specifically between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, possesses strong communication skills, and is committed to creating a positive and supportive virtual learning environment that helps students improve their language abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons online tailored to students’ proficiency levels.
- Maintain availability during the specified window of 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pakistan time, as class schedules may vary within this timeframe.
- Utilize online teaching platforms and digital tools effectively to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
- Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
- Foster a professional, friendly, and encouraging virtual classroom atmosphere that motivates students to participate actively.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience teaching English online, preferably to international students.
- Availability to work during late evening hours (9:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pakistan time).
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable laptop or computer for conducting online lessons.
- Ability to manage and engage students effectively in a virtual classroom setting.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt lesson plans based on student needs.
Compensation and Work Details
This is a part-time remote position with hourly compensation based on completed teaching hours. The pay rate ranges from Rs600.00 to Rs1,000.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
