- We are looking to hire a skilled Senior Website designer/WordPress developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites.
- You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.
- An ideal candidate must have an extensive knowledge of server end management such as WHM, cPanel, unmanaged VPS servers.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and building the website front-end.
- Generating websites using Divi, Elementor, and similar theme builders.
- Generating WordPress custom themes based on the mockups.
- Serve as a Webmaster for the company
- Cleaning, Organizing, Updating CMS
- Applying Schema on Websites
- Taking Backups, Organizing, Restoration.
- Website Security, Prevent Spam Attacks, Hack Attacks.
- Updating Server, Regular Cleanups
- Making Responsive Websites / Testing
- Managing DNS Records (A, CNAME, MX, SPF, DKIM)
- Mail Server Management (Using Outlook for Backups/Restoration)
- Customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and hooks.
- Speed Optimization (Both front and backend)
- Integrating third-party plugins.
- Integrating third-party themes and the ability to customize them as per requirements.
- Integrating third-party APIs.
- Fixing issues/bugs and add new features as per requirements
- Conducting website performance tests and troubleshooting the issues.
Skills:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in WordPress development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in server management (cPanel, WHM, Unmanaged VPS)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP, MySQL, CSS3, HTML5.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines, and pressure.
- Basic SEO knowledge - everything a developer should know about SEO.
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Good communication skills.
