Online Implementation and Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a full-time remote Implementation and Onboarding Specialist based in Lahore, Pakistan, to support B2B customers adopting an AI-powered HR technology platform. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth transition for clients by managing the onboarding process, providing product demonstrations, conducting training sessions, and facilitating account setup and integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to track milestones, maintain thorough documentation, gather feedback, and perform post-implementation follow-ups to maximize client satisfaction and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase platform features and benefits.
- Deliver training sessions to ensure customers understand how to effectively use the technology.
- Manage account setup and coordinate technical integrations with client systems.
- Track project milestones and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain detailed documentation related to onboarding processes and customer interactions.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform post-implementation follow-up to address any issues and support ongoing adoption.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, or SaaS environments.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms or AI-powered software is highly advantageous.
