The ideal candidate will work closely with recruitment and consultancy teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and monitor key performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage compelling social media content tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct thorough audience and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in lead generation activities and help maintain effective marketing funnels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to measure performance and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate remotely with recruitment and consultancy teams to align marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications
